Eleven Ethiopians are among 50 African women selected in 2023 as Policy Fellows for the second cohort of the Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship, an initiative of African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Policy Fellows share their expectations of the program and how they hope to align their academic and professional background with the lessons from the Fellowship Program to steer gender-responsive agricultural policies in Ethiopia.
