Adrian is pursuing a Ph.D. in Experimental Sciences and Technology, specifically in environmental technologies and the circular bioeconomy. The topic of his research is the production of exopolysaccharides (EPS) as biostimulants for sustainable agriculture from different agri-food wastes and by-products using solid-state fermentation (SSF) as the bioprocessing technology.
