#FellowsinFocus: Meet Coumbaly Diaw, a sustainable agrifood systems expert from Senegal

The second cohort of GRASP Policy Fellows convened in Mombasa, Kenya, for their first in-person training of the Women’s Leadership and Management Course (WLMC), which seeks to reinforce the skills needed to enhance leadership capacity and managerial effectiveness of women scientists and professionals who work in international research centers and multinational organizations. Coumbaly Diaw, a 2023 AWARD Policy Fellow from Senegal, narrates her career journey, experience, and expectations from the WLMC course.
