Iyabode Roshidat holds the position of Principal Land Resources Officer at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD), where she is focused on empowering women working in agriculture. Her interest in this area was sparked after attending a training event on bridging the gender gap within the sector, and she now works to ensure more land is allocated to women. Iyabode hopes to expand her awareness and understanding of policy and explore post-harvest resources to support better and empower women.
