2025 Dr. Noela Victoria Ojara is an Agribusiness Entrepreneur and Development Practitioner committed to inclusive, climate-resilient agricultural value chains. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Divine Organic Foods Ltd in Northern Uganda, where she empowers smallholder farmers in the root and tuber sector. With a background in Information and Communication, she integrates digital tools into farmer training and financial literacy programs. She also leads a regional knowledge hub that promotes learning and innovation. Her expertise includes value chain development, gender inclusion, and climate-smart agriculture. Noela champions agribusiness models that enhance rural livelihoods and sustainable food systems.
