Helene Uzayisenga is striving to increase youth involvement in agriculture globally. She is currently the national representative of Young Professionals for Agricultural Development in Rwanda, an international movement for young people in the agricultural sector. Helene's area of focus with GRASP is on increasing awareness of agricultural opportunities among youth and mobilizing them to take up agricultural activities. Through the Fellowship, she hopes to gain greater insight into analyzing gender policies and programs and believes the Fellowship will ultimately support her in achieving her career ambitions.
