Emmanuel works to develop strong relationships with key private and public stakeholders, undertake landscape and feasibility assessments, and support the development and implementation of TBI-supported ag-tech interventions in Rwanda.
I view The GRASP fellowship as likely to offer hands-on experience in analyzing gender dynamics within agricultural systems, identifying barriers, and developing policies to address these challenges.
Area of Focus
Strategically drive forward ministry-led legislative and policy initiatives to meet Rwanda’s ambitions for the Agricultural Management Information System (AMIS) and Ag-tech Policy.
