Claudette Imanishimwe works as a governance and advocacy advisor for an SVN Rwanda project that aims to promote regenerative agriculture. During her work on the project, Claudette has seen how few women hold leadership roles in farmer-led enterprises. As a Fellow, she hopes to develop her skills in policymaking so she can advocate for greater women’s participation.
