As a Gender Advisor for the non-profit organization TechnoServe Zambia, Bwile Musonda supports small and growing food processing businesses in adopting gender-responsive business practices – creating opportunities for both women and men to thrive in the food processing value chain. Bwile is keen to learn how to develop, implement and advocate for gender-responsive agriculture policies to improve women's smallholder farmers' productivity, incomes, and quality of life.
