2025 Ms. Angelique Kantengwa is the Managing Director of BDO Corporate Advisory Ltd in Rwanda and the Founder of Salama Capital Ltd. With over 27 years of experience, she leads investment facilitation and financial advisory across East Africa, focusing on inclusive, climate-smart, and gender-responsive investments. She has driven reforms in financial systems and spearheaded over $170 million in potential FDI under FCDO’s Manufacturing Africa programme. A Harvard MPA graduate, Angelique is passionate about advancing financial inclusion, supporting women-led ventures, and unlocking opportunities in regenerative agriculture, digital finance, and sustainable development through policy and innovation.
