Mr. Mavuto Kapyepye is an author, leadership and career coach, trainer, motivational speaker, and consultant. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership and management systems, having worked in different capacities as a consultant, for both local and international organizations. He is also a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Malawi, where he teaches organizational behavior, and business ethics, and values. He holds a Master’s of Commerce in Strategy and Organizational Dynamics from the Graduate School of Business and Leadership (GBSL) at the University of Kwa Zulu Natal, South Africa, and a BSc in Agriculture from the University of Malawi. He is a certified practitioner on Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Mr. Kapyepye brings to the ATEAM a deep understanding of resource mobilization and leadership development, including key competencies in strategic planning, team building, and facilitation.  He facilitates the leadership and mentoring series for AWARD
