The Zambian Women in Agricultural Research and Development (ZaWARD) is a network of women professionals and students with a common goal to make critical advances and innovations in agricultural development which are led and enriched by the contributions of capable, confident and influential women leading to increased incomes and improved food security and nutrition, among the rural smallholder farmers. ZaWARD is also promoting and providing visibility among women scientists in the agricultural sector
