Reine Ide Noubwen is a doctoral researcher focused on inclusive and quality education in emergency contexts. Her work examines the factors that disrupt educational continuity, particularly in relation to Sustainable Development Goal 4. She is particularly interested in the education and retention of girls across all levels of formal and non-formal education, including vocational training and functional literacy programs in priority education zones, such as rural communities in Cameroon’s Far North region. Her work also focuses on the impacts of climate-related crises on education and living conditions, including recent floods. She also analyzes emergency response mechanisms to support affected populations and sustain access to learning.
