Nairobi, February 11, 2021– The call to apply for the 2021 cohort of the One Planet Fellowship has been extended to February 28, 2021. Implemented by African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) together with Agropolis Fondation, the One Planet Fellowship is a career-accelerator designed to enhance the capacity of high potential agricultural researchers working on climate change to help advance and scale up gender-responsive climate adaptation for Africa’s smallholder farmers.

The Fellowship is seeking applicants from Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania, Togo, and Zambia.
