The Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship is a career development program that targets mid-career African women in the policy field to catalyze the design and implementation of gender-responsive agricultural policies across Africa. The inaugural cohort of the GRASP Fellowship comprises 48 Policy Fellows from six countries, including Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Uganda and Zambia, drawn from 42 diverse organizations, including the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and government agencies.
