We are excited to have launched a pan-African AWARD Fellowship which kicked off with a mentoring orientation workshop for 28 AWARD Fellows and their mentors in February. 50% of the Fellows are from francophone Africa and fellowship activities will be carried out in both French and English. We are eager to introduce you to the newest AWARD Fellows and will be publishing their profiles on our website and social media platforms shortly. This pan-African fellowship is part of our strategy 2017-2022 and is made possible by generous support from the Agropolis Fondation as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR), International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and the Pacific Community (SPC).
