AgSpirations volume three, a publication by African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD), features a collection of stories from select mentors and mentees of the AWARD-ICWAE Mentoring Program. The program serves women economists in the global south working in the agricultural economics profession by promoting their career development, furthering their status, and increasing gender diversity in the association.
