Ndèye Seynabou Diouf

Ndèye Seynabou Diouf holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics and has broad experience in the monitoring and evaluation of agricultural projects.  She also has extensive experience in impact assessment, gender mainstreaming in policies and programmes, capacity building, research and publishing scientific articles. She is currently working with CCAFS West Africa, on a climate services project in Senegal (USAID/CINSERE), as a Researcher-Manager tasked with monitoring and evaluation. She is responsible for setting up the monitoring and evaluation system for the project and putting her economic research into practice. Diouf's main lines of research include; climate change resilience strategies, gender and climate change, smart climate practices and impact assessment of resilience practices.
Her main goal is to further develop her technical skills, in order to better demonstrate the significance of research results to both policy-makers and communities.
