Khalifa studies the logics of actors and gender dynamics in the appropriation of the emergency community development program (PUDC) in Senegal. The aim is to investigate how the different components of the program (electricity, road access, drilling, market gardening areas, and post-harvest equipment) contribute to socio-economic development and influence gender relations among the beneficiaries.
