Adelusi Oludotun Olusegun

Adelusi Oludotun Olusegun is a lecturer at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria (FUNAAB). He holds a PhD in Ruminant Animal Nutrition from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria (FUNAAB). Olusegun's research is exploring the utilization of locally and readily available resources for the manipulation of rumen environment as a means to reducing the climate-negative effects of methane generated from livestock production, albeit with an emphasis on boosting or maintaining animal performance.
Through the One Planet Fellowship, he hopes to create partnerships and international collaborations that will elevate the research capability of his institution. "I look forward to serving and contributing on platforms that shape policy interest in agriculture and climate change," says Olusegun.
