2024 Under the IFAD-Value Chain Development Programme, Victor works with thousands of smallholder women and youth farmers to encourage the adoption of smart and sustainable agriculture and promote nutrition, financial inclusion, climate-smart agriculture, and gender empowerment.
The fellowship will advance my skills in designing and implementing gender-responsive policies towards supporting women in agriculture, especially in Africa

Domestication of the National Gender Policy in Agriculture to ensure a level playing field for all value chain actors irrespective of gender differences.
