Ms. Upile Muhariwa is a Knowledge Management and Communication (KMC) Specialist passionate about enhancing agricultural development through effective information sharing. She leads the design and implementation of KMC strategies for project activities, ensuring that key lessons, innovations, and outcomes are well-documented, stored, and disseminated. Upile’s work addresses knowledge-sharing challenges within Malawi’s Ministry of Agriculture, particularly the Department of Agricultural Extension Services, in alignment with the 2020–2025 National Strategy. She also champions gender equity through tailored knowledge products under the SAPP project. Her career mission is to contribute meaningfully to Malawi’s development through expert-driven, inclusive agricultural communication.
