2025 Ms. Natasha Mtika is the Grievance Redress Coordinator at Malawi’s Ministry of Gender, Children, Disability, and Social Welfare. Her work focuses on ensuring inclusive case management systems that amplify the voices of women and marginalized groups in national social protection programs. She is strongly interested in gender-responsive grievance systems, so her research explores how community feedback can enhance women’s access to agricultural resources. Passionate about gender equity in rural development, Natasha has examined gender dynamics in agricultural cooperatives in rural Malawi, and she aspires to influence transformative policies that advance women’s agency in agriculture and social protection.
