2024
John is a part-time lecturer interested in analyzing and reviewing the Zambia National Agricultural Policy 2012-2030. He believes in revising this cross-cutting policy; agricultural exports will increase as a way of fully utilizing the preferential markets (regional and international), contributing to Zambia's foreign exchange earnings. He is also keen to advocate for the policy's alignment with the National Gender Policy revised in 2014. He believes this will lead to productive resources and services for small-scale farmers, especially women and young farmers.
I look forward to gaining knowledge on agriculture innovation policy and the benefit of equal gender participation, which is one of the core foundations for development.
