2025 Ms. Kamashazi Chantal is the founder and CEO of Green Agribusiness Network in Africa and HEZA Ltd (GANA HEZA). She leads innovative organic production and climate-smart agriculture efforts, focusing on sustainable technologies to improve soil health and reduce chemical fertilizer use. Her current research, “Innovative Biostimulation Approach for Upgrading Animal Manure into Premium Organic Fertilizer,” has resulted in a high-quality organic fertilizer adopted by over 5,000 farmers. Through GANA HEZA, Ms. Chantal champions green agribusiness solutions for a resilient agricultural future in Africa.
