Ms. Adeline Dorothée Kandois a sociologist passionate about fostering inclusive development through stakeholder engagement. She leads the mobilization of local authorities, traditional and religious leaders, and local communities to support the implementation of community initiatives. Passionate about gender equality, Adeline works closely with traditional leaders to address and eradicate socio-cultural barriers that hinder women's access to natural resources. She also plays a key role in building women's capacities in inclusive finance, contributing to their financial independence and social empowerment.
