Ms. Nooriya Koshen
Executive Coach, Group Facilitator and Training Consultant
Ms. Nooriya Koshen is an independent consultant who specializes in facilitation, management training, and executive coaching. She has experience in the fields of administration, human resources, project budgeting, and training. Having begun her career at the United Nations, she has worked across a variety of cultures around the world including Africa, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. She held senior positions, including Chief of Staff Development and Training for the UN. She holds a degree in French from Hull University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Durham University both in England, and a Masters Certificate in Consulting and Coaching from HEC, France. She is certified in the use of the Belbin Team tool, MBTI, and EQi (Emotional Intelligence). Nooriya has worked with teams and individuals in a range of situations and brings to the A-TEAM in-depth knowledge in facilitation and coaching skills, difficult conversations and cultural awareness. She delivers training in both French and English.
