Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer
Elizabeth supports AWARD's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning unit to develop progress reports, design and carry out internal evaluations, manage knowledge, and disseminate program results to stakeholders. She has over nine years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation, systems design and implementation, and reporting for projects. Before joining AWARD, Elizabeth worked with TechnoServe Kenya as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Administrator in the Micro-Enterprises Strengthened for Pandemic Resilience and Adaptation in Kenya (MSPARK) program. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Social Statistics, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Nairobi.
