Dr. Maria G. Nassuna-Musoke is a veterinarian and senior lecturer atthe College of Veterinary Medicine and Biosecurity, Makerere University, Uganda. She specializes inanimal reproduction, obstetrics, gynecology,andassisted reproductive technologies.Her key areas of research include efficient and effective agricultural production systems. She is a recipient of a grant from the Sida-funded AgriFoSe, a programme that seeksto transform practices toward more efficient use of human, financial, and natural resources. She is also a facilitator and trainer with the Gender-responsive Researchers Equipped for Agricultural Transformation (GREAT) program of Makerere and Cornell Universities. Dr. Nassuna-Musoke holds a Doctorate in Crop and Animal Productionfrom Georg-August Universität, Göttingen, Germany, anda Master’s degree in Animal Reproductive Physiology. She is a also Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified practitioner. She is an accomplished trainer in facilitating change processes, team building, strategic planning, process documentation and design, and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation, and brings to the A-TEAM over 15 years of experience inscientific, gender, mentoring, and coaching skills.
