Rev. Prof. Ivy Drafor-Amenyah is a certified Executive Coach, experienced Facilitator, and an Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics. She is currently in the Economics Department at Ghana Communication Technology University, and has been on full time university faculty in different universities since 1995. Her passion is in supporting people on their journey of personal development, and in developing young people. Her research focuses on food security, rural-urban disparity, and community development. She has led inter-disciplinary and inter-institutional project teams working with the FAO and the World Bank. She is an author and a reviewer for a number of international peer-reviewed journals. Ivy has her BSc and MSc from University of Guelph, Canada, and a PhD from University of Ghana in collaboration with Cornell University, USA. She is also MBTI® certified. She brings her coaching, mentoring, writing, research and facilitation skills to the ATEAM.
