Esther Njeru coordinates all the AWARD training activities for the Fellowships and Partner institutions as well as the A-TEAM pool of Trainers and Consultants. Prior to joining AWARD, Esther worked as a Training and Capacity Development Consultant with the Africa School of Project Management as specializing in project management and administrative skills.  She brings on board diverse experience in program management having worked for United Nations: International Civil Aviation Organization (UN-ICAO) for six years.  She holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.
