Seton Calmette Ariane Houetohossou utilizes artificial intelligence and data analysis to enhance crop health monitoring and yield prediction, with a primary focus on tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) production. She develops machine learning models to detect and classify tomato diseases from images and to forecast yields under diverse environmental and management conditions. Her work integrates remote sensing, statistical modeling, and supervised learning to support precision agriculture and strengthen farmers’ decision-making. Beyond agriculture, she explores AI applications in health, particularly for improving diagnosis and early detection in resource-limited settings.
