Bernice Munini Kisengeu Limo is a Research Assistant at the African Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI), supporting the Uganda Coffee Carbon Project and the APNI Research Data Platform. She coordinates project implementation, partner engagement, and data management for on-farm experiments, carbon incentive schemes, and market diversification initiatives. Bernice translates data into progress reports, technical manuscripts, and donor communications to strengthen sustainable organic coffee production in Uganda. Her work also involves applying data science and machine learning, including Random Forest and SHAP analyses, to agronomic datasets, standardizing soil health laboratory results, and supporting evidence-based agronomic decision-making.
