2025 Heda Masseng works in the circular economy, environmental education, and the promotion of agroecology. Her work focuses on raising awareness of climate challenges, supporting climate action, and developing green jobs through waste management. She leads community training on waste sorting, composting, biogas production, and eco-friendly charcoal making. She also collaborates closely with local communities to establish household waste management systems that empower residents to sort, reuse, and commercialize recycled products, contributing to environmental sustainability and improved livelihoods.
