Jeniffer Mwangeka supports AWARD's Human Resource and Administration Unit. Preceding her current role at AWARD, she honed her skills as an HR intern at Kilifi Mariakani Water and Sewerage Company. Jeniffer holds a Bachelor of Co-operative Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from The Co-operative University of Kenya, and she is also a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Jeniffer is currently undertaking her CHRP certification at KCA University. In her view, having a true eagerness to learn is the keystone for seizing new opportunities and unlocking your path to success.
