Inspiring stories of African agriculture
Storytelling is a powerful tool for amplifying impact and shaping influence. As part of our continued commitment to elevating the voices of our Fellows, this virtual forum will spotlight selected participants from the Gender in Agri-food Systems Policies (GASP) program, which over the past year has worked to promote gender-responsive approaches that advance equitable and resilient agrifood systems.
Drawing on their experiences in the program, the session will feature GASP participants as storytellers, sharing compelling lived experiences that demonstrate how their work is advancing gender-responsive policy. Through the session, they will highlight how their work has translated into action, advancing institutional change through advocacy, leadership, and strengthened policy engagement. Together, these stories underscore the critical role of gender-responsive policy in shaping a more equitable and prosperous future for Africa.
