2025 Nega Hagos has over 13 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research, specializing in food security, livelihood improvement, gender equality, women’s rights, and labor issues in Ethiopia. As an independent national consultant, she leads program evaluations and baseline studies using mixed methods approaches for organizations including iDE, Includovate, and Building for Welfare. Her expertise spans quantitative analysis using SPSS, Stata, and Power BI, as well as qualitative research with NVivo. She translates findings into actionable strategies, developing gender strategies and influencing project design. Her work strengthens initiatives for vulnerable populations, particularly rural farmers, promoting inclusive social and economic development.
