2025 Mary A. Adungosi is a part-time tutorial fellow at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology, teaching courses on food systems, agriculture, and sustainability, including World Food Issues, Land Use and Food Security, and Vegetable Crops. Beyond academia, she consults for development and research organizations on agricultural sustainability, monitoring the adoption of sustainable agriculture land management practices, and conducting field surveys and data cleaning. Her work and research focus on leveraging data science to enhance food security, agricultural productivity, and resilience in smallholder farming systems.
