Paskalia Nafula Shikuku works with the Building Insurance Mechanisms Adaptation (BIMA) project at CISP, a CLARE-funded initiative bridging research and practice to strengthen community resilience to climate change. She supports fieldwork, research, and documentation, gaining hands-on experience in climate adaptation programming, social and behavior change, and stakeholder engagement. Paskalia is passionate about advancing inclusive, evidence-based, and locally relevant solutions for climate resilience, health, and social development. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics, Cooperation, and Human Development at Kenyatta University, in partnership with the University of Pavia, focusing her research on governance and health in Nairobi.
