Ogallo Edith Amondi is an Environment and Climate Change Specialist with a Master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. Passionate about sustainable agriculture, she collaborates with smallholder women farmers to implement nature-based solutions like regenerative agriculture and agroforestry. Her work centers on empowering communities to build climate resilience, restore degraded ecosystems, and enhance biodiversity while securing sustainable livelihoods. As an AWARD Climate Action Fellow, Ogallo aims to amplify women's leadership in climate action and drive transformative solutions that uplift African communities.
Her work includes collaborating with smallholder farmers to implement nature-based solutions such as regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, and organic farming.
