Ndalama Thwango is an accomplished climate and development professional with a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture and climate adaptation. As the Country Manager for the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) in Malawi, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives that improve the livelihoods of tea workers and smallholder farmers. Through strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry leaders, Ndalama leads efforts to combat deforestation, promote resource management, and advance gender inclusion. With expertise in monitoring and evaluation, she effectively drives advocacy, program execution, and stakeholder engagement. Her dedication and leadership are central to ETP’s mission of fostering resilience and creating lasting change across Malawi.
She specializes in sustainable development and climate resilience, focusing on transforming agricultural value chains, enhancing rural livelihoods, and promoting environmental sustainability.
