Douanla Feuyem Charline is an environmental engineer and gender and development specialist from Cameroon. Passionate about her areas of expertise, she works to amplify women's voices and promote innovative solutions for peace and sustainable development. With six years' experience in the sector, she has been actively involved in large-scale projects where she integrated the gender dimension into the project cycles and value chains of non-timber forest products (NTFPs), while at the same time managing environmental conflicts. A winner of prestigious leadership programs such as YALI Accra and the Africa Matters Ambassador Program, Ms. Douanla embodies rigorous leadership and is committed to developing sustainable and inclusive solutions for a more equitable and prosperous future.
She is working to amplify women's voices and promote innovative solutions for peace and sustainable development.
