Ms. Ngah Onana is a Training Officer at FERAFCAM, supporting women leaders across Cameroon’s West, North, and Centre regions. Her work focusses on strengthening women’s leadership in agriculture and land governance by equipping them with practical skills to address limited land access and adopt environmentally sustainable, high-yield farming practices. Committed to peer learning, she mentors trained leaders to cascade knowledge within their communities, expanding grassroots impact. Through her work, Ms. Ngah Onana actively promotes women’s participation in local decision-making spaces, particularly in land management and community development processes
