
The Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship is a career development program that targets mid-career African women in the policy field to catalyze the design and implementation of gender-responsive agricultural policies across Africa. Chantal Kamashazi, a 2025 AWARD Policy Fellow from Rwanda, narrates her experience from the Women’s Leadership and Management Course (WLMC) that took place in Mombasa, Kenya. She highlights how this course played a critical role in advancing her leadership and management skills as the CEO of Green Agribusiness Network in Africa and HEZA Ltd (GANA HEZA).
