The Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship is a career development program that targets mid-career African women in the policy field to catalyze the design and implementation of gender-responsive agricultural policies across Africa. Esther Dusabe, a 2025 AWARD Policy Fellow from Rwanda, narrates her experience from the Women’s Leadership and Management Course (WLMC) that took place in Mombasa, Kenya. Through this training, Esther is looking forward to bridging the gender gap in agriculture at the policy level.
