The Gender Responsive Agriculture Systems Policy (GRASP) Fellowship is a career development program that targets mid-career African women in the policy field to catalyze the design and implementation of gender-responsive agricultural policies across Africa. Natasha Mtika, a 2025 AWARD Policy Fellow from Malawi, narrates her experience from the Women’s Leadership and Management Course (WLMC) that took place in Mombasa, Kenya. Natasha acknowledges that participating in this training will equip her with skills to influence policy decisions at the national level that affect vulnerable people in Malawi.
