2025 Agnes Njambi Wanjau is a Data Analyst at the Alliance of Bioversity International & CIAT, supporting agricultural and climate adaptation research across Africa. She specializes in data wrangling, multi-source integration, survey design using XLSForms and ODK, and statistical analysis for donor reporting and policy engagement. Her work contributes to projects advancing climate resilience, smallholder inclusion, and climate finance. She applies gender-responsive analytics, develops AI-powered agro-advisory tools, and produces disaggregated dashboards for decision-makers. By promoting fair data practices and aligning research outputs with stakeholder needs, she leverages data science to enhance advisory systems and strengthen climate-resilient livelihoods for smallholder farmers.
