Sandra Ama Kaburi is a Lecturer at Cape Coast Technical University, Ghana, teaching postharvest technology, food processing, preservation, and meat and poultry technology courses. Her research focuses on postharvest technology, food safety, and sustainable food systems, with expertise in climate change adaptation, mycotoxin control, food quality and preservation, nutritional profiling, and sustainable waste management.
