Esther Dusabe
Rwanda
2025 Ms. Esther Dusabe is the Senior Technical Advisor on Women, Girls’ Empowerment, and Gender Equality at the Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion (MIGEPROF) under a secondment from Plan International Rwanda. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, agribusiness, and food safety standards. She has led national and regional initiatives, Peace and Security, and the Beijing+30 report. She is keen to advocate gender-responsive agricultural policy, trade, and inclusive food systems across Rwanda and the region.
