Ms. Angelique Nyiranshuti is a food scientist and sustainable agriculture advocate committed to transforming agri-food systems. She holds an MSc in Food Science and Technology from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, Kenya, where she researched functional soy yogurt enriched with lemongrass extract. Her expertise includes microbial fermentation, bioactive compounds, and climate-resilient food innovations. Angelique founded Agri Food Postharvest Solutions, promoting value addition, youth training, and gender equity. She currently works with Achieved Goals Ltd in mushroom farming and women-led agri-enterprises.
